Lots of protein (20% of weight), omega 3, fibre, vitamin B12, iron, magnesium and more.

Made of organic whole roasted crickets that have been milled into a fine powder. It’s a sustainable source of protein, vitamin B12, prebiotic fibre and key minerals.
• Superseeds
Organic golden flax, sunflower seeds, and hemp are packed with nutrition, including polyunsaturated fats like Omega 3 and minerals like magnesium, iron and zinc.
• Veggies & Spices
Organic freshly blended kalamata olives, red bell pepper, and cayenne pepper come together with a pinch of rosemary for a sophisticated, wholesome taste reminiscent of the mediterranean.

Who we are.
We’re a Canadian company made up of people from different professional backgrounds, all having a a lot of fun doing something entirely new and different in our careers: building an insect-based food company. We never would have thought! We often remind ourselves that before Crickstart, we thought eating insects was strange. Now we just find it strange that we used to think that. And one of the things we find most exciting is seeing the same thing happen with people around us, one after the other!
