Bite into our new milk-free mylk chocolate bark. (You read right!) The first product of its kind, this mylk chocolate composed of 40% fair trade cacao has the rich taste and creamy texture of milk chocolate. A unique vegan delight, it offers an extra element of surprise with crunchy roasted hazelnuts and crispy brown rice.

Made from authentic, nutritious, organic and Fairtrade certified ingredients, these sweet little treats offer wholesome indulgence that are very hard to share!

Chocolate is rich in minerals like iron, magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese. It is also an excellent source of antioxidants – studies show that dark chocolate contains more antioxidants than acai berries, blueberries and red wine.

Contrary to popular belief, chocolate contains very little caffeine. It does, however, contain theobromine, a chemical compound that is very similar to caffeine but isn’t a stimulant. Theobromine is a powerful antibacterial that may support heart health.

1  3/4 cup plant-based milk or water, ½ cup white beans, thoroughly rinsed, 4 pitted Medjool dates, 1 ½ cup rolled oats, ½ cup whole grain flour (wheat, spelt, Kamut or gluten-free if desired), 2 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp PRANA organic blanched almond or hazelnut butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 or 2 tsp ground cinnamon.


2 pieces of waffle, A few pieces of PRANA chocolate bark, 1 – 2 vegan marshmallows (like Dandies), roasted over the fire, a candle or in the oven.

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Let it rest at least 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat up the waffle maker.
  2. Lightly oil the waffle plates and cook waffles according to instructions.


1/3 cup PRANA organic fair trade cane sugar, 3/4 cup PRANA organic raw hazelnuts, ground to a powder, 1 cup flour of your choice, 3 tbsp vegan butter, 2 tbsp PRANA organic coconut oil, 3 tbsp nut milk of your choice, a few pieces PRANA organic No Mylk’n Chocolate bark with Caramelized Nuts.

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the nut butter and coconut oil and mix into a crumbly dough with your hands.
  3. Add the nut milk and knead to make a ball of dough.
  4. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 cm thickness on a sheet of parchment paper. 
  5. Cut out cookies using cookie cutters. 
  6. Form a ball with the leftover dough and roll out again to cut out more cookies.
  7. Place cookies on the prepared baking. Break up the chocolate bark into smaller pieces and add a few bits on top of each cookie. Press the pieces lightly into the cookies.
  8. Put in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cookies should be light golden brown. They’ll harden as they cool.


CAKE: 2 cups spelt flour, 1/2 cup raw cacao powder, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 cup cane sugar, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1 1/2 cup nut milk of your choice, 1/2 cup chocolate chunks, 70% cacao, 1/4 cup organic coconut oil, melted, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tbsp homemade vanilla extract, 1/4 cup maple syrup.

GANACHE: 1/3 cup nut milk of your choice, 1/3 to 1/2 cup cane sugar, 2/3 cup organic chocolate chunks, 70% cacao, 1/2 tsp homemade vanilla extract, 1/4 cup blanched almond butter or hazelnut butter, Chocolate bark.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F 
  2. Mix the dry ingredients
  3. Heat the nut milk with the chocolate
  4. Mix in the rest of the wet ingredients. And add the dry ingredients to the wet.
  5. Transfer the cake batter to an 8″ springform pan. Put in preheated oven for 30 min. Put it in the refrigerator for 10 min.
  6. Mix the milk with the sugar and the chocolate. Add the vanilla and nut butter. Cool for 15 min in the refrigerator. Spread the ganache
  7. Refrigerate for 15 min
  8. Sprinkle with chocolate bark.
